How do I know which size to order?

Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. GlowGround pieces are designed for a close, performance fit. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort or down for extra compression.

Do your leggings have a squat-proof guarantee?

Yes. All GlowGround leggings and shorts are tested for opacity. Our 75% polyester / 25% elastane blend provides full coverage during any movement.

Do your sports bras have padding?

Most GlowGround sports bras include removable padding inserts. Check the individual product description for details.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at hello@glowground.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any payment methods shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Completely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How do I return an item?

How should I wash my GlowGround pieces?

Machine wash cold (30°C), gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Lay flat or hang to dry to maintain shape and elasticity.

Will the colour fade after washing?

GlowGround fabrics are colour-treated for durability. Wash with similar colours for the first few washes and avoid fabric softener, which can degrade performance fabrics over time.
