We want you to love your GlowGround pieces. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned
• Swimwear and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

How to Return

1. Email returns@glowground.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorisation within 24 hours
3. Pack your items securely and send them back using a tracked service
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Email us at hello@glowground.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Subject to availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or issue a full refund — including shipping.
