Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how exchanges and returns work at GlowGround.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed after the item passes a quality check.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
